Two seasons of the anime Assassination Classroom aired in 2015 and 2016. The manga was still appearing in Weekly Shonen Jump when the first season premiered. However, the manga was about to end when the show’s second season premiered a year later. It was over a few months before the anime itself. Fortunately, this provided the animation studio with ample time to give the show a suitable finish. Without worrying about an uncomfortable cliffhanger or an unfinished ending, a potential viewer should be able to dive in and enjoy the full series.
