Jesus Walking on Water is one of the most famous miracles performed by Jesus in the Bible. Although the exact location is not known, it is thought to have occurred somewhere near the Sea of Galilee. Jesus was with his disciples when he walked out on the water towards them. When they saw him coming, they were terrified and thought he was a ghost. Jesus reassured them, saying “Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid.” Then Peter called out to Jesus, asking if he could come out on the water with him. Jesus said, “Come.” So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water towards Jesus. But when he looked around at the wind and the waves, he became afraid and started to sink. Jesus caught him and said, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” Then Jesus and Peter got back into the boat and went to shore. This miracle showed Jesus’ power over nature and demonstrated his authority as the Son of God.
