Mudkip evolves into Marshtomp starting at level 16, and then into Swampert starting at level 36. Some of Mudkip’s key features are its large head with prominent forehead ridges and red eyes. Mudkip also has a big blue body with black markings along its belly and on the tips of its orange-red fins.

Mudkip’s most notable feature is its tail fin, which resembles a Mudkip’s footprint. Mudkips are very versatile pokemon, able to live on both lands and in water. In the wild, Mudkips are often found near ponds and lakes, where they hunt for insects and small fish.
