Uxie is a Psychic-type Pokémon. Uxie is known as the Being of Knowledge and its role in Sinnoh mythology is similar to that of the Greek Titan Prometheus. Uxie is a small, white Pokémon with cyan eyes.
On top of its head are two thin antennae that have blue and yellow stripes on them. Uxie has three blue triangular markings on its forehead, which form an “X” shape. Uxie’s body is anecdote to OU’s woes in Ubers.
Uxie also has two thin tails that have blue and yellow stripes on them. Uxie is genderless, as are all members of its species. Uxie is said to have tremendous psychic power, which it uses to erase memories of painful or tragic events from people and Pokémon alike.
Uxie is also able to grant humans and Pokémon the ability to understand their true selves, but this often makes them go insane from the shock after realizing how they really are, so Uxie must choose who receives this knowledge very carefully. Uxie is said to have brought knowledge to humans and made it possible for them to live intelligent lives.

Uxie normally hides in the deepest parts of forests, away from civilization. Uxie is one of the three Lake Guardians, alongside Mespirit and Azelf at Lake Acuity in Sinnoh.
