The E-class at Kunugigaoka Junior High School was taught by Korosensei. One pupil, Kaede Kayano, gave him the name Korosensei, which is a combination of the words sensei, which means teacher, and korosenai, which means “cannot be killed,” or, literally, “unkillable teacher.”
His true identity is still unknown, but we do know that he was once known assassinically as “Grim Reaper.”
During training with code names, Korosensei was also referred to by the pupils as “Stupid Chicken Pervert Octopus” rather than the code name he himself proposed, “The imperial prince of the fate of the endless wind.”
